1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all professional services and digital products provided by BIVORAHQ LTD, including but not limited to:
- Power BI consulting and implementation
- Dashboard and report development
- Data modelling and data quality services
- Training, workshops and advisory sessions
- Support and maintenance packages
We mainly work with business customers (B2B). Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights that may apply to you under consumer protection laws.
2. Project-based services
For fixed-price or time-and-materials projects:
- A proposal or Statement of Work (SoW) will set out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has been performed.
- If you cancel a project after accepting our proposal, you will be charged for:
- Work already completed; and
- Any non-recoverable costs committed on your behalf.
If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons solely attributable to us, we will either:
- Rectify the issue at our own cost; or
- Offer a fair partial refund for the undelivered portion of the services.
3. Training, workshops and scheduled sessions
For scheduled online or onsite training:
- Cancellations more than 7 calendar days before the session:
- You may choose a full refund or reschedule once at no additional cost.
- Cancellations 7 days or less before the session or non-attendance:
- Fees are non-refundable, but we may, at our discretion, offer a rescheduled session.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund of any fees paid for the affected session.
4. Subscription and retainer services
For ongoing support, monitoring or advisory retainers:
- Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually, as agreed).
- You may cancel future periods by giving 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods that have already started, except where required by law.
5. Digital deliverables
Where we provide digital assets (such as Power BI reports, dashboards, models or templates):
- Once delivered or made accessible, these items cannot be “returned”, and fees are generally non-refundable.
- If a deliverable is defective or not in line with the agreed specification, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will work with you to correct any defects. If we cannot reasonably resolve the issue, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund for the affected item.
6. How to request a refund or cancellation

- Include your company name, invoice number, service description and reason for your request.
We aim to review and respond to all refund and cancellation requests within 10 business days.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website and will apply to new orders from the date of publication.
